21PC retains ownership of design, code, or proprietary systems until final payment is received, at which point ownership is transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Hosting & Domains

If you choose to host your website through 21PC, we manage hosting via trusted third-party providers.
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or technical failures caused by those providers, but we will always act promptly to restore service or liaise with them on your behalf.

Clients are responsible for ensuring payment and renewal of their hosting and domain plans.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and performance, 21PC accepts no liability for:
