About

Michael
Bosworth.

Founder & CEO of 21PC. Over 20 years in logistics and haulage, helping many companies. Private consultant, hands-on developer, and one of the most experienced AI-driven technologists working in UK logistics.

Who I am

The consultant who writes the code.

I've worked in logistics and haulage software for over 20 years, and in that time I've helped many, many companies.

I'm a private consultant to logistics and haulage businesses, and I build the software myself. A few examples of the work:

I've helped UK haulage and distribution businesses implement their TMS, including a bespoke cloud TMS where I trained into the transport hub systems and became the business's named technical contact with retailers, EDI providers and the WMS vendor.

I've run end-to-end API testing between a haulier's TMS and a national pallet network, from forward manifests through every status to delivery.

And I've designed and built cloud software that runs in production: EDI and ASN middleware to UK supermarket chains, a customer EDI gateway, a multi-tenant KPI dashboard platform, a pallet-network depot importer, WMS extensions and fulfilment checks.

AI runs through all of it. I built askadash, my own AI dashboard builder, and I run private language models on my own AI server. On the same hardware I make long-form AI film, including 20-minute lip-synced AI episodes, with AI music and AI video. If AI can do it, I've probably already pushed it further than most.

21PC also designs and hosts websites. It's the name on all of it.

My own kit

My own servers. My own AI.

I don't just recommend infrastructure. I run it.

21PC sites run on my own hosting server and my own site builder, Studio, each with its own editor and admin pages.

Alongside them runs my own on-premise AI server with local language models, so client data stays in-house.

Freight doesn't wait. Neither should the software.
